Cady Lake Manor celebrates the riches of the Pacific Northwest with its delectable dinners. Each dinner starts with an appetizer of chilled prawns served with a zesty tomato and horseradish coctail sauce and lemon. Next comes our famous dinner salad. The entree selection includes: lightly poached salmon in lemon suce, fine grain-fed beef steaks, pork tenderloin with a pineapple apricot glaze, or pecan breast of chicken cooked in a brandied white sauce. All entrees are served with vegetables, dinner rolls and dessert. |
| Enjoy a leisurely morning meal in the sunlit informal dining area overlooking Cady Lake. This dining area provides a front row seat to the drama of nature: Osprey fishing for their breakfast trout, Blue Heron walking among the reeds, and of trout rising to the morning hatch. |
